· Essential nutrients: Carbohydrates, proteins, fats.

MODULE 2:

· Vitamins and minerals, their interaction with each other, synergy effects, food sources.

MODULE THREE AND FOUR

MODULE 3

·         Organs of detoxification: liver, kidneys, lymph and skin.

·         Understanding Phase 1 and Phase 2 liver detox.

·         Understanding the concept of a Healing crises.

MODULE 4

· Food toxins: how they enter the body, how to dispose such foreign particles, toxins found in foods and moulds, movement of toxins, pathogenic agents found in foods.

· Three most problematic toxic metals.

MODULE FIVE AND SIX

MODULE 5

· Enzymes

· Discussing Candida, Asthma, Celiac disease, Depression, Common Cold,

· Stress.

MODULE 6

· Practical work

Six months after commencing subject and after all assignments are completed; there will be a short practical exam and a theory exam.
