Returns Policy In the event that you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you need to contact us by email within 10 working days of receipt of purchase at info@dargan.ie listing the reason for its return. A replacement product or a full refund for a damaged product or if an incorrect item was dispatched by us will be issued once we receive the returned product. Postage and packaging charges will be incurred by us in these instances. Products need to be returned to us within 21 days. Returns for any other reason will receive a refund once the product has been returned, and returned within 21 days of purchase. The cost of postage and packaging must be borne by the customer in this instance. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.Items returned must be unused and unopened with all seals intact. Original packaging and labelling must also be still intact. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price for that item. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If a refund is necessary, then only the original debit/credit card used for the initial purchase will be used.

Cancellation Policy If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the item is despatched, you should contact us by email: Julie@dargan.ie or telephone: 00 353 67 23523 as soon as possible. If your cancellation request is received after the item has been despatch simply send it back to us unopened and we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for it. You must bear the responsibility of postage. We can only accept opened items if they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
