Mild Chicken Curry

This is tasty dish that is so easy to make.  Can be made 3 days ahead, keep in an airtight container in the fridge. Can be frozen for 2 months. Gluten free, nut free, dairy free. Serves 4-6 Ingredients 1 medium onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric 2 teaspoons lime juice (can substitute with lemon juice) 2 tablespoons curry powder 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 cinnamon stick 2 teaspoons lime (or lemon)  grated rind 1 kg chicken breast, cut into chunks 400ml can coconut cream 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 tablespoons...
